We contacted Mladen Cux of Waterproofing Works to provide a quote to waterproof our upstairs balcony.
He was very professional with detailed explanations and options. We accepted his quote.

All interactions, arrangements and explanations were excellent. The preparation work and membrane product application was completed with all visits booked and attended on time. We always had great and timely communications.

This was nearly two years ago. We were very pleased with the work, especially with the professional attitude and result.

This year when we examined one specially treated area, we found that there were cracks where some of the preparation product had failed to bond to the balcony. The rest of the balcony was perfect. And the leakage downstairs had been resolved.

Mladen came to inspect the cracked area and immediately agreed to fix the issue. It was a failure of the product, not of their workmanship.

We are very impressed with Mladen’s concern, his professional integrity and the quality of the restitution work.
He deserves recognition for backing his guarantee and that he has refinished this waterproofing job to the highest standard. We were impressed that he just did the work and we didn’t feel he resisted. He made sure to complete the job as quoted even after nearly two years. This was commendable.

Requested a call out for what I though was an issue with the epoxy grout. They attended promptly and found it was not
to do with the epoxy grout.

Guys did a great job at a good price . I did not get to meet any of them . All done on computer and phone as working away . Re tiled shower areas , remover taps and shower screen etc . Gave me a time and date and kept to their word . Left the job clean and spotless . Very impressed . Thank you

From the very beginning, when I put an online query in, someone contacted me within 24 hours and was out that same day to assess the shower and give me a quote. They also gave advice on the area, plumbing required and advice on the existing shower screen.

Then when the tiler came, he was a meticulous worker who kept the house immaculate despite all the potential mess. He was so friendly and polite. And his work is amazing. So professional and perfect.
